Request for Quote
You may add products to your cart and select “Request for Quote” as your Transaction Type. This is the default transaction type.
When you complete your transaction, you will effectively send your request to Innomed Orthopedic Instruments via email. We will respond within two business days with an itemized quote.
Request for Free Trial
You may add products to your cart and select “Request for Free Trial” as your Transaction Type.

All Innomed instruments are available for a no-charge two-week evaluation.*
*Excluding extraction instruments and the Hip Distractor.

Trial & Evaluation / Rental Program
Innomed, Inc. offers a free two-week trial on most instruments except the implant extraction instruments, some patient positioners, and disposable instruments. These exceptions are not eligible for a free trial and are considered rentals under our Rental Program, which are sent out on a per-case basis for a rental fee. If you would like, we could set up the evaluation of your choice of instruments that could be delivered as early as next day when processed by 2pm EST. We offer free ground shipping on trials to your facility (hospitals and surgery centers only), however, your facility is responsible for shipping fees on rental items, any expedited shipping and return shipping back to our facility. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Sterilization Form is required to return the items back to our facility.
There is an agreement/contract that has to be signed and returned with a Purchase Order Form (for NET30 Customers) or a Credit Card Authorization Form (for Prepay/Credit Card customers) before the order can be processed. You may receive the device at least one day prior to the surgery date. The two week trial period begins the day that you receive the instruments. Rentals are due immediately after the specified surgery/case date.

Request for Extraction Instrument Rental
You may add products to your cart and select “Request for Extraction Instrument Rental” as your Transaction Type.
Most component extraction instruments are available as rentals under our Rental Program, which are sent out on a per-case basis for a rental fee. Your facility is responsible for shipping fees on rental items, and any expedited shipping and return shipping back to our facility. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Sterilization Form is required to return the items back to our facility.
