Used to distract disc spaces helping to allow for easier access to the posterior aspect end plates and uncovertebral joints for decompression and disc prep
Designed with a tapered, flat leading edge that helps with easy access to collapsed disc spaces. The wave-shaped blade prevents damage to the endplates by distributing contact forces during distraction of the disc space. The narrow shaft allows for excellent visualization of the disc space during use.
