An anterior retractor for Latarjet procedures that is placed medial to the bone block to retract the subscapularis and help retract the scapula
Small spikes help to engage the glenoid bone to prevent slippage as well as the ability to apply axial load to the anterior scapula to allow for scapula retraction for parallel screw placement.
Used primarily for Latarjet or bony reconstruction of the anterior glenoid or bony Bankart open repair.
