Innomed Warranty

One year for defective merchandise. Our instruments are designed for a specific purpose and should be used accordingly. Warranty is void if instrument has not been maintained properly or used for its intended purpose.

Return Policy

Our return policy is simple:
All Innomed, Inc. instruments (except disposable items) are returnable for a full credit (undamaged) within 30 days.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Innomed Customer Service before returning any product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed until an RMA number has been obtained.

To obtain an RMA number, please contact Innomed Customer Service at:

CLEAN AND STERILIZE ALL POTENTIALLY CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO INNOMED.*

The Innomed Sterilization Confirmation Form must be completed and returned along with accompanying items. Please note that Innomed will not accept any items that are not returned with this form.

*It is unlawful to transport bio-contaminated products through interstate commerce.

Repair Policy and Procedure

In the event that you have an Innomed instrument that requires repairs, please contact us with specific information, such as the product number and a description of the needed repair for the RMA to be issued. Once inspected, we will send you a quote for the repair of the instrument, along with the price of a new item. Customers must approve repair costs before we will proceed with repairs.
