Lombardi Hip Cup Liner/Shell Extractor

Used for removal of a total hip cup or liner

Expandable flanges are designed to bite into the polyethylene of a total hip cup. When the flanges have been expanded, a slap hammer is screwed into the extractor for removal. The extractor can also be used for removal of a metal hip cup shell if the shell has a groove around the rim for the flanges to lock into. Also very helpful for cemented cup extraction.
